Ability to attach various files to do with the job. E.g. visuals/diagrams/pictures or whatever that tradesmen can refer back to on the job that they are working on etc.

Allow hiding of line items on quotes/estimates.
Allow line items (all or some) to be hidden on a quote/estimate so that a customer can be provided with a single lump sum figure. This JobSheet user does not like to provide details on quotes that customers subsequently present to competitors.

be able to search for an address that is the JOB address, not just the billing address
we live in a 'holiday area' where many of our customers are bach owners. It would be helpful to be able to search for the address of the jobs, not just the mailing address, as more often than not, when searching, we do not know where the customer is 'from'!

We have no need for blank invoice lines labelled "SECTION ONE" etc. and would like the ability to turn them off altogether.

Remember log in
It takes ages to log in then enter password. I'd suggest you give users the option to remember log in details OR manually enter this info.
1 voteIn Google Chrome you can save your log in details as an option on first log in. If this doesn’t show up check under settings.

Multiple staff on the same job
Have multiple staff you can list on the job that can see the job on their list.
3 votesYou can now add helpers to the job. These helpers will be able to see the job on their list. You can delete & add any time you like. For example, give temporary access to a staff member when they need it.

More space between lines when choosing materials
On billable & quote/estimates when choosing from a supplier's product list there should be more room between the lines so it's easier to choose the product on a touch screen like an iPad.
