incorporate health and safety site plans
Have a health and safety section before theinvoicing section which has a general safety guideline for all work and a section for any site specific concerns.
The generic section can be edited in the setup of jobsheet and is automatically attached at the start of each job and the site specific section can be filled out accordingly.
Could possibly have areas to fill in accident report forms as well.
This would negate the issue of having piles of paper in the van when the Health and safety reforms come in on April 1st

User customizable layout
Allow customizable layout / larger input text boxes.
ie: the description section is way too small, if that could pop out or be stretched to suit.

Export customer list using specific values.
We need to export reports based on specific data, ie: job dates. This is something companies like ours need when managing service schedules.

have a achive job completed file
so when you have multiple jobs completed the latest ones are at the top not 3 pages over

Auto-save or warning when leaving the description/details tab for a new job
Our users are struggling with the lack of auto-save or a warning when creating a new job, entering details and description and then moving to another tab - either they incorrectly tap the Save Changes button or they forget, then lose all their information. Makes them very grumpy, especially when they're already tired at the end of the day. One of them even said a rude word and kicked the neighbour's dog. (They don't have a dog, and the neighbour's one deserved it anyway cos of all the barking.)

Multiple Charge Out Rates for Staff
We would like multiple charge out rates for staff (that might be tied to work types). e.g. Staff Paul might have a charge out rate of $65 for a "General" work type and a charge out rate of $70 for a "Commercial" work type when servicing specialty equipment that requires specialised training.
1 votePlease comment as to whether it’s more important to have staff rates by work type or by customer. We have a method of doing this, and it’s planned however you feedback is appreciated.

Hide archived staff members from Time list
Archived staff members still show on the list of staff for Time charges.

Offline App Use
Understanding that a mobile app is currently in development, we would like the ability to enter data into the app while offline (out of cell phone coverage) for later synchronisation.

iMessage or SMS Job Owner
We would like the ability to instantly notify a job owner via iMessage (or SMS) that they have a new job allocated to them.
Currently JobSheet can initiate an email to the job owner. However this is unreliable as it is dependent on the job owner checking their email.
1 voteWe have this planned. One thing you can do is ensure that your staff have an email capable phone with automatic syncing. This will get there only slightly slower than a text message.

Customer Stop Work Feature
Add feature to "freeze" a customer by preventing new jobs from being created if they are overdue on their accounts, and display an appropriate warning when create a new job is attempted.

Fix formatting of customer addresses on quotes and invoices so that stray commas and spaces don't appear.
I may have reported this before, but cannot find reference to it in the knowledge base or feedback.

Reordering of Billable Items
We would like to be able to reorder billable items either alphabetically or via drag and drop (as in Xero). Currently the only way to have billable items ordered is to add them in order in the first place. This is particularly important for quotes.

Customer Merging
We would like the ability to merge customers (as in Xero). Spelling skills are not necessarily strong points with Technicians and it is not uncommon to have customers duplicated with separate job histories due to spelling or other errors.

When entering the number of fittings you are charging it defaults to 1, this should be blank
When you search the fitting you want to charge and tab to the quantity required it defaults to 1, this should be blank
