Emailing an invoice to a customer on a PC or Mac

This is how you email a customer an invoice the fastest way in Jobsheet.
  1. First of all go to the invoice page.
  2. Click on "Email Customer". This will open up your email program (whether it be Outlook or a web-based email like gmail see below for how to do this).
  3. You will see a new window with a new email open. Go back to Chrome, and click and drag the downloaded PDF onto the email. You might have to go to the bottom bar on a PC and hold the file over the program / window you want it to be dragged to.

For Gmail users, click here to download the Chrome extension to make Gmail your default email app.

For Yahoo mail PC users, try this:
1. From the “Start” pop-up menu in the lower left corner of your desktop, select “Settings” .... “Control Panel”. 
2. In the Control Panel, select “Internet Options”. This opens the “Internet Properties” window. 
3. Click the “Programs” tab along the top. 
4. Click the “E-mail” pull-down menu, and select Yahoo! Mail. 
5. Click OK. Done!
