Staff changes - leaving - left

The easiest way to manage staff changes:

If a staff member leaves:
- Re-allocate all active jobs to other staff members
- Hide their name from new jobs / job allocation by going into add/delete staff for each active / current staff member and untick the ability to view the staff member who has left. Do not do this for admin or those invoicing as they will still need to see jobs for the leaving staff member until all are completed/paid.
- Once all are completed/paid and there are no jobs for the staff member who has left admin can then also hide the staff member who has left from their list as well
