Invoice not going to Xero

Problem: When you click "Send to Xero" in the invoice screen nothing happens, or Xero logo disappears and disconnects entirely.

Check...
1. There is no line items with decimal places in the quantities. If so, reverse job complete and fix. For example 1.5 metres of cable you show the quantity in the description and do a quantity of 1.

2. Customer details: There is no trailing full stop after the email address. Eg. customer@jobsheetapp.com. will not send. Simply change on the customer card and the invoice will send. Do both billing & property.

If neither of these are the case, then please send us the job number and we will investigate further.
