Customer Search
Type in anything from the customers name, address, phone, mobile phone details, or anything on the customer details screen (usually has customer type / code / area information but you could make it whatever you wanted).
For example, if someone calls in and their last name is Schelingahout, try typing in just "sch" instead of the entire name.
This will find all customers with sch in the details. Unlikely there is more than a few of these and the one you are trying to find is easy to pick out from the bunch.
