Mobile version functions

The mobile app or mobile access is designed so you can access your jobs & information without the need for large hardware. Currently it's a simple app with limited functionality designed for either an owner wanting to check on jobs or a time-based worker who requires simple functions.

What you can do

  • View jobs (all types)
  • View notes & create new notes 
  • Update job description (auto-save as you type) 
  • Add time entries
  • View all materials entries ordered by supplier 

Big buttons on the app make it look & feel like a mobile app vs the standard version allowing faster navigation and larger fingers to use a small screen. 

What you can’t do (future update) 

  • View full customer details 
  • View or search products (just time entry) 
  • Create a new job
  • Create invoices, quotes, or estimates
