Upload Supplier Price Lists & Price books

CSV formatted spreadsheet to load price books - either your own or from a supplier

Description / Code / Buy / Sell / Inventory (using y or n or blank)

- Inventory y n or blank is used for reporting. You can choose whether you want something marked as an inventoried item to then report on it from Reports section
- Buy price can be $0 if you do not want to have one
- Buy price can be hidden from staff under individual user settings

When you are uploading, please ensure:

1. There are no comma's (,) in your file (CSV stands for comma separated so they screw with the formatting)

2. There are no speech marks (")

3. The columns have to be named correctly. For example, if your supplier sends you a price book with the product description in a column called "Product Name", you will simply need to adjust the column name to "Description".

*To find characters fast in either Excel or Open Office:

WINDOWS: click CNTRL (Control) F or H (find & replace), and find and replace the above characters

MAC: Click Apple F or H
