Items you want to record but not show up on the invoice

Sometimes you have the need to record items used but not charge the customer for.

The right hand tick box on billable items (showing on each line item) allows you include or not include an item on a customer's invoice. 

This might be for things like quoted jobs where you recorded an item being used but because it was a fixed price you can't include it on the invoice. Another example is when you record time going back to a property to fix something that can't be charged for, but you still want the time recorded.
