Auto-save or warning when leaving the description/details tab for a new job
Our users are struggling with the lack of auto-save or a warning when creating a new job, entering details and description and then moving to another tab - either they incorrectly tap the Save Changes button or they forget, then lose all their information. Makes them very grumpy, especially when they're already tired at the end of the day. One of them even said a rude word and kicked the neighbour's dog. (They don't have a dog, and the neighbour's one deserved it anyway cos of all the barking.)

Multiple Charge Out Rates for Staff
We would like multiple charge out rates for staff (that might be tied to work types). e.g. Staff Paul might have a charge out rate of $65 for a "General" work type and a charge out rate of $70 for a "Commercial" work type when servicing specialty equipment that requires specialised training.
1 votePlease comment as to whether it’s more important to have staff rates by work type or by customer. We have a method of doing this, and it’s planned however you feedback is appreciated.

iMessage or SMS Job Owner
We would like the ability to instantly notify a job owner via iMessage (or SMS) that they have a new job allocated to them.
Currently JobSheet can initiate an email to the job owner. However this is unreliable as it is dependent on the job owner checking their email.
1 voteWe have this planned. One thing you can do is ensure that your staff have an email capable phone with automatic syncing. This will get there only slightly slower than a text message.

Customer Merging
We would like the ability to merge customers (as in Xero). Spelling skills are not necessarily strong points with Technicians and it is not uncommon to have customers duplicated with separate job histories due to spelling or other errors.

Have the ability to print out lists of particular services and customers for records and reports.
Need to produce a report from so we can analyse services done and make it easier to source customers so we can servicing installed appliances.

Have list of descriptions that you can add to or take out in quoting section so you do not have to continually write them in the discripion

Sort columns
Hi guys, it would be fantastic if we could sort alphabetically rather than scroll through lists in order entered, in both the drop-down menus and the lists.

Add a timesheet function
Please add a timesheet function to jobsheet. I.e. Can track employees time against each job, include travel time, admin/unbillable time, and then be able to produce a weekly timesheet.
Tried to use timesheeting in Xero BUT can not allocate time to a specific job.5 votes -
The ability to put Section Headings (without Section total and $ amount) into quotes & invoices
When creating a quote, it would be great to be able to create section headings. We can sort of do it at the moment, but a $0 dollar value appears next to it on the . Be good to be able to remove this "Section Total" and "$0 amount".

Be able to add a description of work done for billable time line item (that will transfer through to Xero).

Columns showing for customer history clickable to sort. Also maybe a search option like on the jobs list.
